About
Mission
My mission is to remain true to the tradition and apply the tools to the context of modern living here in Aotearoa. In this way, students have access to genuine, lineage-based teachings that have retained their potency and purity.
I stand by yoga as a holistic path — one that involves understanding the connection between our body, breath, mind, and spirit..
To maintain the integrity of traditional yoga as is inherently inclusive — its tools are adaptable for every body, age, and stage of life. Far beyond postures, it offers a holistic system for health, healing, and inner transformation.
A sliding scale is offered to make teachings accessible to all.

About
Before discovering this tradition, I was a dedicated yoga student for over 30 years and a teacher for 15 years. Finding the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya ( Viniyoga) was like coming home — a deeply rooted, wise, and compassionate approach that honoured what I had always sensed yoga could be.
My teaching draws from the comprehensive range of Yoga's tools — posture, breath, sound, meditation, study, and reflection — offered with discernment and care. Nothing is used for its own sake. Instead, each practice is selected with discernment to support the full being — body, breath, mind, and soul — in alignment with the student’s inner path.
